TRANSFER – Rules and Conditions
Transfer base fee to transfer your entry is 29 Euro. Please note that in case of a transfer to an IRONMAN or IRONMAN 70.3 race with a higher entry fee (“upgrading“) we will charge you the difference in entry fees. This will also be charged when “upgrading” from an IRONMAN 70.3 to another IRONMAN 70.3 race or from an IRONMAN race to another IRONMAN race. Please note: In case you are transferring to an IRONMAN or IRONMAN 70.3 race with a lower entry fee (“downgrading“) the difference will not be refunded.
You can transfer from the IRONMAN European Championship 2013 until the May 7, 2013. After that deadline we will not make any transfers. You can transfer to a race as long as registration for your chosen race is open.
WITHDRAWAL – Rules and Conditions
If you are withdrawing from the IRONMAN European Championship, please note the following deadlines for your refund:
• until 4 months prior to race day (March 7, 2013): 50% refund of the entry fee
• until 2 months prior to race day (May 7, 2013): 25% refund of the entry fee
• less than 2 months before race day (after May 7, 2013): no refund
Please note that all additional items purchased during registration will be refunded at 100% up until two months prior to the race (May 7, 2013), unless they have already been sent to the athlete.
It is not possible to transfer your race entry to another athlete or another year.

It is in the athlete’s responsibility to submit complete withdrawal forms on time. Incomplete withdrawal forms or failure to submit medical certificates within the specified deadlines will result in delayed processing times.
